August 2010. The garden has been divided in sections for easy access, crop rotation (to avoid the build up of soil diseases) and for more efficient and effective use of space. A garden sink has been installed so that the wash water goes into the vegetable garden and no dirt is carried inside. Watering is done by gravity from three water tanks (total capacity 21,000 lt).
